NAA Cancellation Policy: Written notification of your cancellation must be received within the stated event timeline. Attendees will receive a refund minus a $25 processing fee. After the cancellation deadline, no refunds will be given. In the unlikely event that an event is canceled due to uncontrollable circumstances, your payment will be considered a donation to the NAA.
